On dry film, ZINKA contains 99.5% Zinc thereby offering better protection than any other available Zinc Rich Epoxy based primers. ZINKA is compatible to available industrial paints for top coats that further increases the life span of the base metal. ZINKA is approved and certified as an anti corrosive primer by UDCT – 1000 Hrs. Salt spray test, I. I. T – 1000 Hrs. Salt Spray Test and PWD 2000 Hrs. Salt Spray Test. ASTM B117 (American Standard certified ) 1 KG. ZINKA COVERS 40SQ.FT. (SINGLE COAT OF 40 MICRONS) By Brush. RUST CON – RUST CONVERTER PRIMER We would like to introduce our product RUST CON – RUST CONVERTER PRIMER which can be applied on sandblasted mild steel surfaces as easily as a paint by brush or spray, giving an anticorrosive protection for a minimum of 2 years in standard conditions and a Rust Conversion to the base Metal. The conversion to base metal reaction takes place in max. 12 Hrs. on application. The product is white in colour, after application it forms a black colour film on the metal surface, suggesting successful Rust Conversion. Usage of RUST CON – RUST CONVERTER PRIMER on tor steel enhances the fusion bonding with concrete at least three times more than usual and is highly recommended in the construction industry against national disaster. 1 Litre of Rust Con- COVERS 170 SQ.FT. 3.
