In order for us to consolidate our business relationship, we would like to receive from you a letter of Mandate, so that we can be assured of acting on your behalf officially.
Upon receipt of Mandate letter, we will forward to you the necessary documentation requested by you.
We deal with numerous buyers across the southern Asian and the European area, and we have the capacity to have a very large and expanded business relationship.
Finally, kindly send us a draft of your current full sales contract for our revision and comment
