Price Basis
Quoted Prices should be inclusive of all charges (i.e. Freight charges, Insurance, Custom Duty Charges, Transport & handling charges….etc) up to delivery to our stores as indicated. Otherwise, when quoting FOB, EX-works, Abu Dhabi/Sea Port….etc. Shipping Weight and Volume must be provided accordingly.
Performance Bond and Late Delivery Penalty
In case the value of individual Purchase Order equals to or exceeds DHS. 200,000.00, the successful bidder should provide within (100 days from official notification award a (10%) of the total awarded value, an unconditional and irrevocable Performance bank Guarantee, issued by a local bank in Abu Dhabi, and valid up to the final acceptance of all awarded materials, as per specimen
