Bangladesh Gas Fields Co. Ltd. - a state owned natural gas production company of Bangladesh – invited international tender for procurement of Pipe, Fittings and Valves. Brief descriptions are given below:
Group-A: Pipe & Pipe Fittings
1. Pipe API 5LX Grade 42 solid drawn seamless carbon steel. Schedule 160
- Size: from 2" to 6"
- Total quantity: 4500 Rft
2. Welding neck forge carbon steel flange conforming with ASTM spec. A 105 Grade 1.
Dimension as per ASA B-16.5 end bevel for pipe schedule 40 to 160
- Class: from 600 RF to 1500 RTJ
- Size: from 2" to 16"
- Total quantity: 759
3. Blind flange conforming with ASTM spec. A 105 Grade 1.
Dimension as per ASA B-16.5 end bevel
- Class: 150 to 600
- Size: 2" to 16"
- Total quantity: 76 Nos.
4. Long radius Elbow: Welding Neck carbon Steel 45° /90° elbow conforming with
ASTM A 234 Grade WPB Dimension as per ASA B-16.9 end bevel
- Size 1” to 4”
- Schedule: 40 to 160
- Total quantity: 725 Nos.
5. Concentric Reducer: Welding Neck carbon Steel Reducer conforming with

2. Angle valve: Y pattern Angle body, Class ANSI 1690 Butt welding end
- Quantity: 4 Nos.
3. Bar stock Needle valve: Quantity: 100 Nos.
- Size: Input Output 1/4" NPT female, Working pressure: 6000 psi
4. Flow Control Valve (FCV) complete with actuator, controller and positioner
- Size & Type: 12" & 14"

- You may quote both the groups or any one of the groups, but all the items of a group must be quoted.
