We are planning to implant an IV Solutions Factory in Tunisia.
The Investment for this project is 5.1 Millions Dinars equal to 3.922 Millions USD.
In the beginning, the Factory will produce 2.4 Millions IV Solutions units (500 ml) of BFS bottles and 1.2 Millions IV Solutions units (500 ml) of pouches.
For future extension (to export to European Market), the same water treatment plant can supply in three shifts up to 15 Millions units 500 ml of Water for Injection (WFI).
The Capital of the projected company is 1.080 Million USD and we have already got the approval for financing the project up to 2 Millions USD from the local banks.
Two Investment Companies will get shares in this project up to 460 000 USD.
Our American partner for technology transfer and delivery of the turn key project will get 10% share equal to 108 000 USD.
Other Partners will supply 15% equal to 162 000 USD.
The Tunisian Government through the Agency for Promoting the Industry will participate in the Project with 346 000 USD and it will give to the project a free donation equal to 846 000 USD.
