Al Mana Metal Construction Company Ltd. is one of the pioneer steel fabrication companies in the U.A.E., established in 1980 under the old name: Abu Dhabi Engineering construction Est. (ADECON), wheares started its own industrial activities and services. In order to co-inside with the industrial development, the company developed itself to provide high-qualified work in the steel fabrication field.
Al Mana Metal Construction Company is driven under the leadership of Mr. Mohamed H. Al Mana and his Group of Companies which originally formed in 1952 to provide support to the industrial development in U.A.E. and Qatar.

Materials: The materials available are steel and aluminium sheets prepainted or treated as specified and received in coils. The materials are ordered in roll forming quality according to ASTM specifications. Aluminium choices include conventional alloys such as 3105 and 3003, as well as marine grades with regard to yield strength and qualities typical thickness are from 0.4 to 0.65"mm.
Coatings: Always applied at the suppliers facility under tightly controlled conditions the regular coatings available include polyester and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVF2 or PVDF) resing. Both coatings are usually applied in thickness of 20 - 25 microns on an epoxy primer 5 microns thick.
Profiles: The range of profiles manufactured by Al Mana combined with the possible thickness offer a broad choice to match any combinations of stress and deflection requirements which may result from loading conditions and spacing of purlins.
Al Mana can also provide a full range of the components required for a complete building, which is shown in the above. All these components are manufactured to sizes in matching materials or as specified.
